ABOUT ME
In my academic and professional activities, I have focused on exploring aesthetics and contemporary art.
I obtained a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) in March 2018. My thesis reflects on the artistic judgment and on the contemporary French resonances of Kantian aesthetics (original title: 'Repenser le jugement en art, échos kantiens dans l'esthétique contemporaine française'). My current research interests center on the philosophical problems raised by the unprecedented modes of expression in contemporary art.
After obtaining my doctoral degree, I decided to take a break from academia in order to work in the field of contemporary art, ultimately becoming Director of the Officina della Scrittura in Turin. I am now looking to pursue other opportunities in research or in the field of art.
